""It is not about eliminating conflicts.
It is about learning to manage them with respect."
At Playing Camp, we bring tools for positive coexistence, empathy, and conflict resolution to primary and secondary schools, adapting to the specific needs of each age group and the particular dynamics of each educational centre.
From one-off 45-minute prevention sessions to comprehensive programmes throughout the school year, each activity is designed to improve the classroom environment, strengthen empathy among students and prevent bullying before it starts.
Discover this new way of transforming school coexistence with a practical, experiential methodology that develops social-emotional skills, non-violent communication and educational community building.

Our anti-bullying sessions have been specifically designed for the school environment, combining scientific methodologies: Positive Psychology, Emotional Education, adapted Theatre of the Oppressed, and Non-Violent Communication.
Each workshop offers empathy development, emotional management, social skills and group trust building through role-playing exercises, dynamics of putting oneself in another's shoes, cooperative games without competition, restorative dialogue circles, and artistic expression on values of respect and diversity.
A session lasts between 45-90 minutes, which is the ideal amount of time to keep students' attention and work in depth without interfering too much with the school timetable.
We work with groups of 15-30 students (a full classroom), allowing everyone to participate actively while maintaining a cohesive and safe group dynamic.
All you need is a large classroom, gym, or multipurpose room. Any space where students can sit in a circle and move around comfortably. It can be the usual classroom with the chairs moved aside, the assembly hall, or the covered playground.
We bring all the materials: props for role-plays, art supplies for creative expression, music for group dynamics, and teaching resources on emotions. No complicated technological equipment is needed, and no prior preparation by the teaching staff is required.
It is like a structured recess with a purpose: a safe space where students learn to interact with respect, where every voice matters, and where a true community is built.

After several years of bringing recess back to businesses, we are committed to bringing these tools for human connection to where they are most needed: classrooms.
We have transformed the experience to make it fully applicable to the school context and different stages of development.
For younger children, we focus on early prevention and building a culture of respect.
Primary school students participate in cooperative games where there are no winners or losers, interactive storytelling about empathy and differences, "put yourself in my shoes" activities adapted to their level of development, and artistic activities to express difficult emotions.
At this age, we prioritise positive language, identifying one's own and others' emotions, and building rules for coexistence within the group.
With teenagers, we delve deeper into group pressure dynamics, identity, and real conflict management.
Secondary school students work with role-plays on bullying situations (victim, aggressor, witness), structured debates on respect and boundaries on social media, restorative circles to resolve real classroom conflicts, and collaborative art projects on diversity and inclusion.
At this stage, we encourage positive leadership, collective responsibility, and the building of healthy peer relationships.
Our facilitators adjust the intensity, language and type of activity in real time according to the energy, maturity and needs of the group.
We always work with absolute respect for each student, without forcing them to share personal experiences if they do not feel comfortable, but creating a space where those who need to can express themselves safely.
No one is left out: each student participates at their own pace, always respected and always listened to.
