Playing Camp is a science-based workplace practice that rewires team dynamics, releases stress, and strengthens collective performance, all in one 15-minute experience.
Most teams operate disconnected from authenticity, trapped in performative productivity, and emotionally isolated from each other.
Meetings feel transactional.
Creativity gets suppressed.
Burnout builds silently.
Over time, engagement dies, talent leaves, and workplace culture becomes toxic.
Playing Camp releases all of it through 3 integrated methodologies in one powerful ritual.

Building emotional intelligence, psychological safety, and authentic connection through evidence-based practices that shift mindset from survival mode to creative possibility.

Unlocking physical expression, releasing stored tension, and activating non-verbal communication through movement, improvisation, and embodied play that breaks through professional masks.

Grounding presence, cultivating collective awareness, and reconnecting teams with meaning through breathwork, meditation, and rituals that transform work from obligation to purpose.

Every player can be proactive and propose any game at any time to the rest of participants. We all can lead.
For example, passing a clap around the circle.
Every player listen to each other's proposals and can add something silly with a creative twist.
Receive the clap and add a fun rhythm with the feet.
Everything around us can be used as a toy for a game. Playing in nature activates resources everywhere.
Look around and pick an object that you could play with.
Play becomes safe and fun when we stop judging. We enjoy and celebrate everyone and everything.
Release your expectations and be fully present.
Everyone is invited to play freely. We propose games that are inclusive to heal rejection wounds from the past.
Shake your body of negative emotions to create a new space.
Every player listens from the inside out, first themselves, then outside. We create a safe experience.
Share your peaceful gesture to communicate boundaries.
When you win, everyone wins. We play to have fun and feel happy, connected, and peaceful as a group.
Follow the Har Har Har Ritual to bring peace, love, and joy.

Every player is a co-creator of the experience. The facilitator makes it easy for everyone to participate and enjoy
Introduce yourself with your name and a movement.
Everyone has a powerful story about play and connection that changed their lives. We play to reconnect with our true selves.
Share your story of transformation in a creative way.
We spend too much time using technology, from smartphones to words. We re-activate non-verbal communication.
Give your hand a massage to send it a message of love.
We live among robots that generate artificial images. But we are humans that take (real) playful pictures.
Connect with your inner child and pose for the pic.

The facilitator shares Joy's formula and prepares participants focusing on creating a comfortable and safe space.

Each participant introduces themselves and sheds their name and identity to begin the experience as a blank canvas.

A silent space is created in which each participant can connect individually with themselves and their surroundings.

We begin some breathing exercises to get in sync with everything and everyone and consciously connect with our physicality.

Stretching, shaking, tapping, and yoga exercises combined with synchronized breathing and movements to strengthen the bond with everyone.

Exercises to experience and feel the environment and the moment, exploring smells, textures, etc. This can be done alone or in company.

We co-create sounds and music as a group using our bodies, elements of the environment, and musical instruments in a spontaneous and fun way.

The environment is the source of inspiration; natural elements become embellishments for creation and characterization.

We connect with inner harmony, synchronizing body and breathing to generate a moment of collective serenity and shared peace.

The sound of the gong gives us back our identity, we feel revitalized and calm, ready to internalize what we have experienced.
We are reaching out to play-deprived offices everyday.
And we are looking for playful humans that want to join our mission and bring back daily play as wellbeing practice across all the workplaces of the planet.
If you love to play as a way of living, here is your opportunity to make it your profession:
