Playing Camp is a registered trademark operated by Raining Rosas OÜ, a company registered in Estonia with registration number 16467869. Our headquarters are located at Lootsa tn 2a, Lasnamäe linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond, 11415, Estonia.

3. General Terms and Conditions

These general terms and conditions govern access to and use of the website that Playing Camp, operated by Raining Rosas OÜ, makes available to Internet users free of charge. Access to the website implies unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions. The use of certain services offered on this site shall also be governed by the specific terms and conditions provided in each case, which shall be deemed to have been accepted by the mere use of such services.

Raining Rosas OÜ reserves the right to make, at any time and without prior notice, modifications and updates to the information contained on its website, its configuration and presentation, and the conditions of access.

5. Intellectual and Industrial Property

The intellectual property rights of the Playing Camp website, its source code, design, navigation structure, databases, and the various elements contained therein are owned by Raining Rosas OÜ, which has the exclusive right to exploit them in any form and, in particular, the rights of reproduction, distribution, public communication, and transformation.

The viewing, printing, and partial downloading of the content of the Playing Camp website is authorized solely and exclusively if the following conditions are met:

1. That it is compatible with the purposes of the website.

2. That it is done with the sole intention of obtaining the information contained therein for personal and private use. Its use for commercial purposes or for distribution, public communication, transformation, or decompilation is expressly prohibited.

6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This legal notice, as well as the rest of the contents of the website, are governed by Estonian law and, with regard to aspects applicable under Spanish law, by Spanish law. For any dispute that may arise in relation to the Playing Camp website, Raining Rosas OÜ and the user submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Tallinn (Estonia), expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply. In specific cases where Spanish law is applicable, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid (Spain).
